Bob Van der Donck is currently employed as technical lead of the Inventor product within Autodesk’s product support department. He is a co-founder of Inventor and is based in the Portland (OR) office.
In his past 15 years with Autodesk he held various positions ranging from product support, training through QA management.
Prior to Autodesk he worked for 5 years at Matra Datavision as Application Engineer on Euclid-IS.
Bob used different 2D and 3D CAD packages during the 10 years he spent working as a design and research engineer for various companies in the telecom, plastic mold and sheet metal industry.
Bob is a native from Belgium, understands most of the Western-European languages and holds a Masters in electro-mechanical engineering from the University of Brussels.
