You have created an assembly selecting some bodies from a multi-body part.
Afterwards, you want to add more parts to that same assembly from other solid bodies of the original part you have not selected when you have created the assembly, or that you have created in the original part after creating the assembly.
For doing this,
In the Make Component dialog, select the other solid bodies.
In the Target assembly name field write the name of the assembly created previously.

Make sure your level of detail is set to master and save the assembly before performing the above operation. otherwise you will be unable to add the parts
