Did not find what you were looking for? Give the Inventor Self-Service Kiosk a try and hit the Start button Note: the kiosk momentarily only works with Internet Explorer
Resetting the ribbon may not fix this error.
A better solution is to close Inventor, and then use Windows Explorer to delete the user.config file, in the folder shown in the error message. In this case the folder name is:
C:\Users\Garfstation\AppData\Autodesk,_Inc.\DefaultDomain_Path_x5nyxfubr3fxchypjp0dclw0mzyz0ig3\Autodesk®_Inventor®_2011
The first part of the folder name will depend on your username and system.
